This place is SLOW. Slow enough where you can't expect to complete your transaction in a normal lunch hour. You will be waiting for 90 minutes minimally. It is mind-numbingly, soul-crushingly, gouge-your-eyes-out, your-spouse-is-filing-a-missing-person- report SLOW. They have no customer service focus, but they do have the gall to post signs threatening to call the police if you are rude or impatient or "don't follow staff instructions" like they think they're cops or something. Multiple customers were forced to leave in during my visit because they simply could no longer wait. You will have to take the day off to complete even the simplest tasks at this disaster of an office.

I went to this dmv for my car registration as it was close to me.. Parking is neat with a nice office.. The lady there was helpful and call you after a while, as per your position in the queue. I recommend going around 3 PM afternoon as it is less crowded at that time.

faster service compared to other places but it was packed today. after all, it is DMV service, what do you expect.

The line here is always long and the wait is usually over an hour. However, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and gets people through as quickly as possible. This location is just a small location that handles a lot of people.
