We had a great experience with Gerhard’s in Ardmore. We called and spoke with Rachael, who was able to answer questions about a dishwasher we were looking at online. She helped us purchase and set up delivery very quickly. We were glad to learn their delivery fee was lower than big box stores. They supplied tracking and updates for the delivery and the technician was patient while I finished prepping the house for him to come in. Installation went smoothly. We’d certainly recommend and use Gerhard’s again!

I had been pricing models for a while. I was attempting different appliance stores precisely bc of previous delivery problems. Their service was appropriate, texted and called plenty beforehand, and were very professional. In and out within a half an hour...I purchased a gas range. So I will purchase from Gerhard again bc of my delivery experience. 🙂
