Next day does NOT mean next day!!!!!!! Mayra will tell you next day just to get the sale. Sadly this happened to me twice, I place an order and was told next day. Next day came and went, I was calling and just got told well we close at 7pm (and it was already 5:30) were just waiting for the truck. Yes,my mistake for giving them a 2nd chance but I was trying to be understanding as I know things happen. 2 times, that's horrible service!!!! Not to mention that they can't even give you a courtesy call to let you know that your items didn't arrive and your left assuming maybe the next day ??? 🤷♀️ That's the world we live in, it's not longer about customer service, it's about selfishness on making money. That's all, a quick sale.

I have bought furniture from here for years and never had a problem. I purchased a couch here in April. It came and was broken already(back of the couch and arm crushed) I called immediately and got told they would call me back. I called weekly for 3 weeks with no answers on how they were going to fix this. I went into the store to speak in person and was told they would fix it somehow either take it back or replace it. Said to give them a week or 2. A month later I go back in the store and ask about it where I'm told they won't do anything about it. $600 wasted and horrible customer service. They strung me along for months about how they would handle it and ultimately did nothing but blame me for purchasing the couch. They have lost my buisness for life(which is their loss as I am refurnishing my entire home right now) and ALL referrals I've given are gone now as well. Just be straight with me and don't give me the run around!!!
