Local Salt Lake City distillery and cocktail bar. I particularly recommend the gimlet. The place has a great vibe. I do wish the staff knew a bit more about the gin itself (for people interested in the distillery/tasting side of things) but otherwise loved this place.

I think we caught them on an off night. Only one bartender on a Saturday evening obviously isn't enough. At one point, we counted 19 people in line waiting for a drink. But once we finally got food and cocktails it was great. The bartender was apologetic and we felt awful for her, as the line must have been over an hour long. EDIT: Want to stress that we will go back. Super cool place, they just need more help.

Was unjustly fired for not becoming an expert barback within a month despite the position being “entry level” and me being scheduled 2 days a week. But I’m sure on the customer’s side of things it’s fine
