Went to Zellar to look for an apartment. The leasing staff was great and very informative overall. The location was very clean and up to date in addition to feeling safe.

Came for a tour here, and let me tell you Giselle and leasing team took such good care of answering our questions, showing us the all the Zeller has to offer. Even the maintenance team was kind and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had from previous experiences. All the units looked well taken care of and really enjoyed the modern finishes!

Great place to live if you love headaches!!! Apartments were fine as a resident but a literal nightmare once I moved out. I never received a move out statement and have been chasing them with 0 responses to emails or calls. For the once in a blue moon, I do get them on the phone, Cameron promises that I will receive an email with my statement right after the call which never happens. Not sure why this has to be such a difficult process, but it is. Run from these apartments and Especially Cameron. ** I'll update this review once I receive some sort of response ** thanks!

I’ve been here for nearly 2 months now and quality seems to be getting worse. Packages go missing, no one changes the water filters so they’re always flashing red, the trash room is disgusting and dumpsters spill over everywhere which smells and looks Awful. If you park on the second floor you have to pass through the trash room to get to your vehicle- the trash rooms are also out of commission on each floor so you HAVE to go in there or they will evict you. I feel like I live at a landfill. Is there a maintenance staff here at all? The dog washing station is literally a hose in a storage room with a clogged drain so you’re up to your ankles in water. The bike and car tire fill up also doesn’t work-hose is broken and doesn’t seem like anyone will fix it anytime soon. The pool is nice but super packed and was closed recently because there was shattered glass in the water. The people here are nice but maintenance is really slacking and there is no luxury feel here. There is also no security on site and the dumpster door is wide open all day so homeless can wonder right into the building. The front office staff is so friendly & The apartment itself is very pretty and modern with ample lighting- appliances are new and work efficiently…. But the complex needs some TLC
