Favorite brewery in salt lake. The peach cobbler beer was unbelievable.

The "TapRoom" is an okay place to try their beers and relax a little, don't come hungry as there is no food available aside from some mediocre snacks. It's cool that you just enter through the loading dock and brewing area. The service was kind of poor tbh and only one employee was there, it wasn't busy but if it was you'd probably wait a long time for service. I'd probably start with their "Downtown" state street location as I suspect it's a better first experience. They're known for their sour and cream beer, a few are excellent, but their other beers I tried were mediocre or gross particularly the stouts. For the sours we did enjoy the Peach Cobbler quite a lot, the Plum was a close second. The Pumpkin Pie, Eggnog, and Carrot Cake were worth a try. The Jalapeno Popper and Pina Colada were quite unique, I feel like you'd either love them or hate them.
