Called last-minute and Tyler was able to squeeze in a tasting for us! Outlaw has some great offerings that beat the pants off of High West. Best of all, everything is sourced from local ingredients. It's a shame these bottles aren't getting distributed further because they would make some fabulous complex cocktails in the right hands. I wish there was some kind of tasting room, but still fun to do the tasting in the space where the magic happens.

I went with a group of friends for a tour and tasting and it was such a great experience! Informative and fun, and I loved that all the spirits are made right there from the best local ingredients. And of course the tastings were excellent. The coffee rum and honey bourbon were my favorites!
