My daughter went to get her nails done, one of the most sweet polite teens and came home basically in tears. She was treated with impatience, not listened to at all and her nails were not how she wanted them. She asked twice for them to be cut down, not done. Asked for it to be painted French tip with a color, told her they couldn't do it. The nail tech didn't listen about the color she wanted and the nail tech picked and forced a color on her. She was almost in tears and just went with the color so she could leave.
