Very Kind, thoughtful doctors and staff. Dr. Amundsen's technician that did the blood draw was the best that I ever had. No bruises! Yay!

My tech was extremely efficient and very friendly. The wait was minimal. Love the hospital.

Currently sitting in the ER. Brought my little brother in with intense chest pain. My brother (23, with no medical issues) HATES the doctor but asked me to bring him in because he was in tears due to the pain and it was only getting worse. They ran a bunch of tests (they gave him no meds) and told us they’d be back in soon with results, the only person we saw FOR HOURS was the guy coming to get our billing information, finally the doctor came back over 2 hours later and said, “So yeah, our machine to test the blood hasn’t been working since you guys came in, the techs told us it was supposed to be up and running an hour ago but it still isn’t working so we’ll check back in once we get it working and get your results.” She then turns and walks out, that was at 1. It’s 3am now, we’ve been here for over 5 hours with no answers, and the doctor just walked in and stated, “Well you’re not having a heart attack and I can’t really tell you much else so you guys are free to go.” Words cannot honestly describe how awful this experience has been. Please, if you have any sort of emergency or need any medical attention, go anywhere else.

I'm not sure what division or the hospital you're going to, but if you've set up some sort of patient portal with login and password I would imagine that seeing your appointment would be a feature of that portal. I found the Lone Peak hospital website somewhat unhelpful in some regards, like there's no map for where to go. I called a lot of numbers and got transferred several times before finding a person who could help me. But when I finally got where I needed to be, they were helpful. Everyone was friendly along the way, but the site isn't exactly user friendly for some things.
Pre-register for what? You need to talk to your primary care doctor first. Also, don't use this hospital.
