This studio is the ultimate place of warmth, learning and community. I've been practicing yoga for several years - Kacper was one of my first teachers when he used to teach at a yoga studio in Brooklyn which sadly closed in the pandemic, and that's how I found out about the studio he co-founded with his partner Kris. I came here hoping to find a deeper practice and a sense of community I lost when my old studio closed. I found that and so much more: a place that is welcoming, warm, full of friendly faces, people always open to chatting more about yoga, hugely talented teachers who practice a wide variety of types of yoga, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help me really understand my body and how to improve over time. The schedule is full and gives me a chance to go either in the morning before work, on my lunch break, or after work. The space is very beautiful and calming, with a chill area to relax after class, and a massage studio where Kacper (who is a licensed massage therapist) and others offer massages specifically tailored to your needs. What I love most about the studio is that although classes are accessible to yogis of all levels (I have brought friends who are complete novices), all teachers offer the chance to go much deeper in my practice, and I have learnt so many new poses I had no idea I could do since I began practicing here. I can't recommend the studio enough, visit once and you'll want to come back forever :)

I recently moved here from Austin where I had regular weekly massage sessions with my therapist. After going through a few not-so-awesome massage experiences in NYC, I finally found Center Yoga. The space is clean and welcoming and my sessions are outstanding. If you’re looking for one of the best massage experiences of your life, you’ve definitely come to the right place.

Very welcoming yoga studio. Classes are a great mixture of deep stretches with challenging flows. The teachers offer helpful corrections and push you to get the most out of your practice.

Great yoga studio! The space is nice (clean, welcoming, well-lit), and the teachers are great. They have an incredible knowledge of yoga to be able to expand a practice at any level (just starting out to expert). I leave the classes feeling like I got a workout in, but I also feel more centered.

Absolutely. Kacper is excellent with all skill levels. I am a complete beginner and have been able to learn a lot at my own pace. Highly recommend checking it out.
Hi Mae, thanks for your question! Arriving 10-15 minutes before class will give you enough time to set up your mat, store your things and get ready to practice.
Hi Shelbi, yes we do! We have Jade rubber mats and rental is $2. 🙏
