I haven’t been to a hot yoga spot for a few months now so I was excited to jump in and get back into it. I took the deep core class with Pamela and it was amazing and exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be the smell. The room smelled like sour tomato sauce. Again it was only one day so I’m not sure if it smells like that often. Incense, palo santo, candles or a diffuser would make a huge difference - otherwise the place is great.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful, extremely clean studio. Trisha, the amazing instructor, seamlessly made the class fit perfectly for newbies as well as the advanced. The perfect way to kick off my weekend and I’m heading back on Sunday!

I first went to Fierce Grace in London while traveling for work 7 years ago, fell in love, and was over the moon with joy when they first came to NYC! Best yoga, hands down in the city. The studio environment is friendly, loving, and authentically spiritual and welcoming. The teachers are incredible, and it's truly an oasis. Thank you FG NY! <3
