my teacher training experience at Sakshi Bhava Yoga was something absolutely extraordinary and forever life changing. It wasn’t about just getting the training but instead learning the core of Yoga and what it truly does for the mind body and soul. Anyone could complete the training and physically teach yoga but not everyone is able to fully embody the true meaning of Yoga and be able to bring it to people all around you. Amit was absolutely wonderful and made the experience worth it. His attention to detail, his dedication consumed you into wanting more and more. This teacher training is something I would do a million times over just to keep experiencing the beauty of this experience. Amit’s school taught me something I don’t think I will ever find elsewhere. It brought me peace. I truly recommend this training for anyone that considers it , whether you want to bring this knowledge to others or just embody the true meaning of Yoga.
