Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. I received nothing less than great communication and customer service from the front desk to the housekeepers! There was a lot of confusion about my charges, stemming from receipts never making it to my email and cost breakdowns. Each time I called over the past two weeks, the front desk was always patient and helpful. Maria and Jamie (I hope I spelled their names correctly), helped me with my final charge and gave me all the information I need. I could rave all day about this hotel. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Clean. Helpful staff. Need comfortable chair., more drawers. Terrible parking expensive. Our room faces the garage. Loud air Conditioning like motel six with a price like high ends. To little for the money. Simple furniture which is good. A lot of restaurants around. Does not look 4 stars

We went to a lovely restaurant in The Source, which is located in an industrial slum, with ample space around it. Unfortunately there is no parking around it other than in their horrible expensive garage. The spaces are so close together that you can barely open your door to get out of the car and you certainly can’t do that without pumping the next car. They shouldn’t even be charging for parking, let alone Midtown Manhattan prices. I am appalled that they think that this is appropriate.

The staff is very polite and helpful. However, because it stands alone with no other tall buildings around it, you can hear the wind VERY strongly and it sometimes comes in through the AC units in the room. That’s also another thing, there’s no central air - so when the AC unit turns on, it adds noise. The mini bar has a see through door and a strong light inside that can’t be turned off, so I couldn’t get the room as dark as I wanted to sleep. Had to put my hoodie over it to block the light. Just not the experience I was looking for.
