This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Our room was huge and we got it last minute because our flight was diverted to Albuquerque and we missed our connecting flight. Checkin was smooth and easy. The breakfast was pretty good too. Shuttle to and from the airport. Downside to the shuttle you have to be a bully to get on one because at 11 pm everyone is trying to get to a hotel. Besides that, no complaints. Highly recommend them if your in need of a short notice stay!!

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times. The first stay was in 2020 and in the night the fire alarm went off. This was just due to a malfunction. I wasn't that upset because things happen. The next stay was recent in 2022. We left our car here. The only notable thing is not all the fixtures in the room worked. Oh well, I just needed a play to sleep, park and fly. A week later we stayed again. First off I booked a king size bed but got two fulls instead. Additionally, not all the light fixtures worked and one of them just wouldn't turn off with a switch. That is annoying but guess what? The fire alarm went off again in the middle of the night due to a malfunction. It was storming outside about an hour for them to get this resolved. Shortly after they take care of the fire alarm the power goes out. No other buildings on the street seemed to have this issue. Street lights were also on so the problem seemed to be with just this building. The next morning we go to leave and someone had stolen our catalytic converter. They basically don't even make an effort to provide any sort of security in their paid parking lot. To sum it up: I have stayed with them 3 times. I never had a fully functional room. I had the fire alarms malfunction twice. I had the power go out once and I had my car broken into. Go somewhere else.

I chose this hotel because of an early morning flight and their shuttle to the airport. When I tried to schedule the earliest shuttle at check-in, I was informed that it was full and there would not be another shuttle for an hour. They work with a contract shuttle company and said they could not arrange another pickup time. The room accommodations were fine, but their shuttle arrangement put me at risk of missing my flight. I was forced to arrange my own way to the airport in order to make my flight in time. I would not recommend staying here if you need an early morning shuttle to the airport unless they change their practices.

Negative: In front of the door the carpet stripping it ready to stab you first thing in the room. The pool was fairly cold and needed a deep clean. The pool bathrooms fan sounds like it’s about to eat you and the pool shower is there for looks it does not work. Shuttle to airport seem to get booked fast so watch for that. The lean on your card when pre booking a room online just seems pointless when you already have the card information. Positive: front desk lady was very friendly I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and helpfulness, beds were not too soft and not too firm pillows are more back sleeping pillows which I like but some may not. Rooms are decent except the getting stabbed part.
