Very walkable hotel close to everything. I even walked my kids to a nearby playground. There’s a pretty decent ( college student run) restaurant on site on the other side of the entrance driveway too.

The supervisor Cortland is a stand out! I called the front desk, spoke to Cortland about a few concerns. He paid close attention to my concerns, addressed each of them, and then some. He reassigned my room, offered to help with my luggage, brought up a bell cart himself, along with my new keys. Extremely thoughtful and accommodating. I visit hotels regularly and find myself often disappointed with service. Hospitality is just not what it used to be, but Cortland went above and beyond. He’s a supervisor now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s managing the hotel next time I see him. Thanks a million.

Check in was smooth, wasn't overly happy about the $40 a day for valet parking and was told my other option would be to find public parking which wouldn't do me any good since I was staying at the hotel. Check in was smooth and overall the room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. At $300 a night though (not worth it) I would expect that the property would have done something about the kids running up and down the halls at 11 at night, and when I mentioned it at check the only thing I got was "yeah there's a lot of kids here." Price was definitely not worth the stay.

$35 for parking, with valet, was way better than how ever much parking would be at the Ball Arena and then having to fight traffic after the concert. The hotel was very nice. Comfortable bed at and very nice room. Walking distance to multiple venues. Very convenient with great staff.

Hotel restaurant, as well as other restaurants in the Tivoli Center on Auraria Campus.
If you stay at my hotel the valet will drive you there that's how close it is 3 min car ride
Type both addresses into Google maps to get different routes and their distances.
Both of the people below are incorrect. There is not a pool or hot tub.
Approximately two blocks
You pay to park at this hotel. I can't remember how much a day but you really have no choice. There are no other options. And then the tip to the Valet..... We planned our time there with only getting the car out once per day if possible. But I have to say. The Valets did an excellent job of protecting our very nice truck. No dings or scratches. We tipped well and they took care of us well. The last couple days they left our truck close to the front door! It was still covered but it was watched and right there when we needed it!
They also have a free shuttle. I think the radius was up to 2 miles.
I don't think so but I'd call the property since every Marriott is different.
Yes, goes by Marriott standard which is 62 years old.
