Kind of messy. Very disorganized. Popcorn and food never taste fresh... ever. Soda area is absolutely horrendous always. It gets three stars because the actual theatres are nice and updated, but the rest of it is really starting to make me want to stay home more and more.

Great movie theater. They have special theaters with very comfortable seats. It was clean and organized. Lots of parking, nice staff, and a good price. We got a Dr strange themed drink from the bartender that was $15 though which although it was tasty, I would say it felt a little over priced

I go to this movie theater all the time. It is a very nice theater. However, the restrooms seem to be having issues on a regular basis almost every time I go there. I have seen out of order signs on the urinals probably more than ten times, but the last time I went, not only was one of the urinals out of order, but another one of them was leaking very bad and what's surprising was that it didn't have an out of order sign! I also saw two stalls that were out of order as well. I know it might be cost-prohibitive, but I think the restrooms are due for a renovation. But still, at the same time, it would be for a good reason, and that is, too many broken toilets and urinals. Not to say that I won't returning here though. Oh well...

I reserved a private theater one month ago for a surprise birthday party. The day before the event I get an automated email issuing a refund and cancelling the reservation. No information was provided. I called the theater and they said they had a projector go down and there's nothing they can do to honor my reservation. Unfortunately no other theater (AMC or otherwise) has anything available any longer, so we're completely out of luck. I realize there is only so much that can be done, but their lack of concern over the customer experience and their late and poor communication was extremely disappointing.
