The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a full kitchen and king bed. The hotel staff where very friendly and welcoming, the location was close enough to bolder and the airport. They also have complimentary breakfast and pool table. The only thing is please watch for spiders I saw two in our room, I stayed about a week. And spiders are everywhere anyway.

Spent 3 nights here last weekend and while I enjoyed the location and found the room to be comfortable, this hotel is by far the worst Hyatt House I've ever stayed at (Globalist here too). Many of the issues seem to be from short staffing (understandable), but most were just plain tacky and didn't seem directly related to staffing. Breakfast is from 7-9a every day, which is probably the shortest and earliest breakfast window I've ever seen at a hotel like this. Lids were not provided for coffee on the weekends, but were somehow available on Monday. Hmmmm. This felt so cheap and, again, unprecedented - clearly intended to reduce coffee consumption. The eggs also had more salt than the Dead Sea or Great Salt Lake, and were inedible (wish they'd try to cut costs with their salt instead of the coffee lids). Otherwise, the spread was pretty standard for a hotel like this. Also, the website says there's an Omelet Bar, but this is inaccurate.. "H Bar": There is no food service at this hotel despite its website indicating otherwise. The bar, which does not have a bartender, is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. Not an issue, but they should say that upon check-in. They don't have an actual bartender or any kind of instruction book that shows people how to make basic cocktails (I've seen this at other Hyatts, again). Also a shot of whiskey (not even top shelf) was over $12 after tax and tip, which felt like a ripoff and was more expensive than actual whiskey-based cocktails I've had at other Hyatt Houses in New York or full service or higher end Hyatts elsewhere. Again, it felt deceptive and another way for the hotel to siphon $ back from guests. Check-in: The person who checked me in didn't communicate any of the modified services or ask about check-out time as are the standard at other Hyatts I've stayed with in the pandemic era. In fact, they didn't really say anything...not an issue, just strange. The person who checked my room out was very friendly and helpful though. The room: The luggage rack in the room was broken, but the physical space was otherwise by far the best part about the hotel. The room was quiet (418, I think) and had views of the mountains. The shower also had good pressure and was spacious. My keys stopped working before checkout on my departure day though. Would possibly return due to the location and the spacious rooms, but would advise anyone staying here to bring their food and try to interact with the staff as little as possible.

Stayed in really nice room with included full kitchen. Loved the room and layout although bathroom single frame double door was a little strange. The bed was comfy and appreciated the black out curtains. The room felt unique. It was clean and stylish. The breakfast was okay, but thought there would be something other than paper plates and plastic cutlery for the price of the rooms. A little bit more attention to detail on the breakfast with hot water and less packaging would be nice.

I stayed here for a few weeks right after the Marshall fires. My room was clean, the kitchenette was fully functioning, and I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very comfortable place to stay.
