I can’t say enough good things about this place, the name of the store says it all. I love the selections of books and they have a lot of paintings that they sell there as well which adds to the value of the location. I’ve been frequenting this bookstore for years and will continue

Incredible bookstore. But it’s not just that. I walked in and immediately felt at home. Not only because of the books but because of the culture. If you’re black, this is a necessary visit if you go to Newark. If you’re not, it’s still a necessary visit. This store truly lives up to its name. It’s a hub for all the knowledge I will need on my spiritual journey as well as my entrepreneurship journey, there’s something for everyone. The energy was electric. Dexter and his partner Pat were also a pleasure meeting. They are also the owners. I will make this a quarterly trip as I live in south jersey and it’s about a 2 hour drive. I’m glad I decided to go for a walk after having lunch. 😉 the picture I added is a list of books I want to research before I purchase, but I won’t be purchasing them anywhere else but here

Source of Knowledge have two entrances. The Main entrance is 867 Broad Street and the second entrance is behind Broad St. just walk around to the back that's where they have the seating area. I believe the pictures you see in the reviews are the pictures of the back entrance. Good luck.
