Love this place been going here for years.. They have impeccable service front the owner down to the stylist. If you had a bad experience it’s only because you have to tell them what and how you want things done and sometimes bringing your own products is okay they don’t mind.. especially if your a natural girl it’s a Most for us.. just remember nobody can read your mind

The actual experience wasn’t bad however I was confused as to why they never flat ironed my hair. So as the week went on my hair started smelling burnt. When I washed it I noticed ALOT OF SHEDDING! My curl pattern destroyed and the burnt smell not really going away. Went to my naturally hair stylist and they said Relaxer was used on my hair. So I’m VERY UPSET.

Edited: Today, June 6th 2022 Service was horrible! I paid $45 to get deep conditioning and blow dry with the $5 oil on my scalp. The lady that washed my hair did not not to do the deep conditioner because the lady in the front did not give me a ticket number, I only had the receipt of what I paid for. She saw the total and yes said since it’s $45 it means I need a deep conditioner. She took my receipt and never gave it to me back. Now there is a lady saying she was ahead of me, which was not true. A coworker (a bit fat) asked for my receipt I told her the lady in the front took it and never gave it to me back when I was trying to say I needed a deep conditioner before blow drying my hair. She (coworker) blame me for losing the receipt as if I were a kid, I told her to look at the camera if she doesn’t believe me. She wasn’t even here when the whole thing happened! They don’t want to be held accountable for their actions. The lady that tried to go ahead of me lied that she saw an $18 receipt on the floor, I told her nope that’s not mine and the receptionist knows I paid $45. After her, another lady was served and I told them this is not fair. She came with a sub story that she has perm, which doesn’t matter because I was ahead of both of them. Unfortunately, I will never come back again! Zero professionalism, lack of common sense, they don’t take care of you by the order you arrived. They won’t give you a ticket, just a plain receipt, which was her mistake because it’s been 10 years I have been coming and I always had a receipt and a ticket. My review below was from 2 years ago (2020). Because of Covid, I didn’t go back The place is not that bad if you go there early by 9:00am between Mondays and Wednesdays. But, the staffs are not friendly at all and most of them don’t speak English. I don’t like the facts that the ladies are consistently singing and talking in another language on your ears while you are trying to relax on top of them having a loud music on. They posted on Instagram they will be closed until january 4th to decrease the spread of covid over the holidays. It is also appointment only now.
They can mix a variety of hues and tints, but you should call to verify when booking your appointment. You can always bring your color to add to the base after they apply what's needed to acheive the shade you desire.

They put a list up on the door before opening on Saturday otherwise there will be a short wait 20 to 30 minutes.
yes it does.. but only if you get your ends trimmed when needed as well. They offer free hot oil treatments on certain days..
