Great experience. Emily and the team did great. First time through the wash and the instructions are easy to follow. Follow the directions of the workers and they will keep you and your car safe. Read the posted signs to help you. My car was filthy when we first got there and we left happy with the wash. The line was a little long, but we got through it a lot faster than I expected we would.

Great customer service and the membership is a great deal. Alexis was so kind and patient with me and took the time to explain everything about the membership. My car came out spotless and I’m excited to come back now that I have unlimited washes!

I would not tell anyone to come here, I went in the car wash the other day and it pulled a whole fender off my car. I would understand if it was a scratch or two, machines arent perfect, but pulling off a whole fender seems wrong. The employees told me there’s nothing they can do about and I went back and I asked the store manager to file an incident report and the store manager told me no and that they won’t help me. So now I have to deal with a $1000 repair to my car that’s not my fault with no help. Please don’t come here.

Can't recommend this place enough. Most carwashes seem comparable to others, yet this one stands head and shoulders above any other. I expected the wash to meet expectations, yet it was the customer service that ended up being the difference maker. Their employee, Cam, answered each of my questions thoroughly and he made sure that my car and I were taken care of. 100% chance I will be returning.
