Single handedly the rudest people I have met in all of Greeley. Please don't support them. This review is by no means meant to be anywhere but where you are reading this. Stay away from this rude "customer service" even here you can see they can't accept they may be the problem.

The workers are usually good but last night a worker wasn't in a good mood. She was hateful other than that it's a good place to stay and very clean

This place absolutely fails at any kind of service they are completely offensive to privacy and the concept that your money would pay for some type of right or invested interest to stay the night without avail clearly the rumors of Evans PD are true after visiting this hotel you will find the all staff are controlled by the department. Even after registering identifications and contracts they still said that the car would be towed while we sleep more than likely. They actually were calling the police before we could get out of our cars. Ahhh I could go on yet why?

The room was nice and clean,except the shower drain was broken and leaked horribly. There was no coffee in the rooms or in the entire place which is very unfortunate for early risers. The staff was pleasant but not interested in offering too much help. Best I can offer is 2.
