Positive: Price and location attracted me the most. It is near Island Grove Regional Park, Greeley, Colorado. The site of the Greeley Stampede. There are three hotels clustered in Eavans that have brought me back many times. The place is dated but and clean. Negative: The bathtub plumping leaves something to be desired. Never seen anything like this. If and when you figure it out the thing works.

This place is in need of good repair. I should have taken pictures of the bathroom the floor was pretty bad. My room was 41. The bathroom faucet leaks and makes a bad noise when turning it on. The floor in the bathroom has gaps in it where dirt is trapped. The molding around the door has a gap of about 2 in on both sides. Dirt is trapped there as well. The cords going across the wall isn't to decorative. The bathroom door is painted over with white paint, paint was left on the door handles. I did like the fact you don't hear people in other rooms like some of the other motels. The people who checked me in and out were very nice ladies. I'm hopeful that eventually you'll have the funds to do a remodel of your motel.

Rated a 2 star hotel. I can see why. They charge 20% more than the hotels of their class. I stayed 2 days and nights. On the second of the two rates were suddenly raised. Not a drop of water in the pool and it is in the 100 degree temperature range. The parking lots a disaster, they allow dogs which is acceptable but even when the owner's gone more than half the day and the dogs bark constantly interrupting any R&R any other guests might have hoped to partake of. The bath tubs are absolutely filthy. There is enough dirt to scoop easily in the bathroom window track. My door had obviously been booted in before cause it had a huge gap and didn't shut correctly. They basically offer nothing upwards of a room for the night. Which you can get better service from a homeless shelter honestly. The communication between maids and front desk is horrible even with the 2 way radio method. I wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemies.I also believe that they dislike sites and apps like priceline. Cause even with room availability more than one of the apps I attempted to gain a discount from would offer a price, I would select it then it would glitch and claim vaguely this offer no longer valid.

Excellent!!!! I absolutely positively enjoyed my night off!!!!!! The clientele that they rent to... Is a whole nother story in itself but they only go by looks and actions. They do not FINGERPRINT to be able to stay at this hotel. NOT ANY REFLECTION ON STAY STAFF THEMSELVES. They are only there to make money & survive & support their family or own or whomever. You know. Doing what people do to make a living. They cannot help who finds there way to their establishment. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING THAT AROSE. 👍👍👍 THUMBS UP!!!!!!!! ALL REFRESHED AND READY TO GET BACK ON THE BATTLEFIELD TO GET MY FAMILY HOME SAFELY!!!!!!!!!!! 💯 💯. 💯. 💯. 💯. 💯. 💯 💯. 💯 THEY WERE AWESOME. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE THEM FIVE STARS IS BECAUSE IN MY PERSONAL BELIEF EVERYONE & EVERYTHING CAN BE IMPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
