After two weeks of waiting for a test result I called the office, so someone called me back, no the doctor to say the results. During my first visit the dr. Mignone was involved in my medical issue and after do not find a solution he just acted like that is it. He called me later and was prompt to finish the talking sending me to see another dr. Sometimes, it is not the result, it is the way you do it.

Tried to book an appointment via phone. Horrendous experience! Had to call twice, finally got someone on the phone. Put me on hold for over 10 minutes while she "had to check the schedule". When she finally got back to me, had a real attitude.
