So bc their 3rd party provider was not able to verify what was needed from my bank which had more than the sufficient funds due, I'm now being told I have a 2nd $89.99 bill due. I was nice about the first time but NO its your companies fault why you weren't able to verify what you needed to and I shouldn't be billed for you not being able to verify. I spoke w/ a manager that was able to split the bill up. This wasn't my fault but I'm paying for it with lil assistance but a fax number from Teco. As always if there were other options in my area I would have just left and saved my freaking voice. If you have another option look into how they receive there payments and if its a better option run for the hills. I have been a customer for fours years no issues but this puts me over the edge. Just like any other provider they can't loose when money is involved. Burn!

There was a mix up of meters on my house and the house in front of mine so my electricity was cut off last Friday when it shouldn't have been. I work in Orlando so I didn't get home to see my electricity cut out until almost 6pm on a Friday. George Anderson was the technician who came to my house and was incredibly reassuring that he wasn't going to leave me without power. He was with me for an hour trying to figure out the mistake. The level of hospitality that he gave me was out of this world and deserves recognition. There was not one moment where I was stressed thinking I was going to be without power for long. My house was 90 degrees so I was pretty worked up before he showed up. So if this guy is dispatched to your house just know that he is super genuine and very helpful.
