Kimberly is the best! I have used a few different storage facilities in the past, from small individually owned locations to the nationwide big name ones and I have never had a better experience than the one that Kimberly gave me today at SmartStop Self Storage. She singlehandedly turned a stressful situation I was having regarding storing some of my items into, "no problem, we got this." She made the paperwork super easy and guided me through everything and even knew exactly what type of unit I would need for what I had. It is a very clean and well maintained facility with plenty of space and very accessible. Still, the highlight of doing business at SmartStop Self Storage is Kimberly. She is so kind and accommodating and would go above and beyond for her customers and she did for me. Instantly turned my bad day into a great day and I am so thankful that she and Michael are the property managers at SmartStop Self Storage. Some of the other local storages could really learn a thing or two from them about how to deal with people and their property in the storage unit business. They could honestly probably teach any business and any employee a thing or two about customer service. SmartStop Self Storage is lucky to have them and the Town & country community is lucky as well.
