I wish someone had told me how dangerous Ranch Oaks Estates is before I moved in 6 years ago. Hoping this helps anyone wanting to reside here in the future. Management ~ Rose Anne Byrd is the biggest threat to the Park, everyone’s safety, and your over all well being. She mismanages, makes up rules that aren’t in Park Guidelines (read your contracts people); and refuses to answer phone calls or emails. Won’t answer the front office door during business hours, too. No one to contact for ANY Emergency. She creates her own made up rules & finds residents to harass with notices. Then, goes out of her way to ignore EVERY safety issue of the Park & the people living in it. Including an erratic Ranch Oaks’ employee Assaulting a disabled woman in her own Yard. But, Rose Anne herself is erratic, unstable, and has proven so to all the Residents with her lies and demonizing, manipulative behavior. She’ll spread your personal information to other residents, create more lies, and is never held accountable. Unstable, unsafe, Unpredictable is all you’ll get if you live here. Please, protect yourself & families. The Park will NOT! P.S. To my fellow Upstanding, kind neighbors of Ranch Oaks Estates who have endured Rose Anne Byrd’s tyranny, you’re not alone. We ALL want her to leave. And HOPE the owners hire Management that will do the right job and let us live in our homes in Peace & SAFETY.

Management is very rude,they make up rules to make life hard for other people horrible,my mom lives in the park and Management will not let me stay with her or visit her for more than 30 days per year or she gets a violation against her and she owns the trailer she lives in.if it was possible give less than a star they would get a negative amount.

I dislike when people do reviews and just click stars. Thankfully, I'm not that person. My experience is with the Community Manager Rose Anne Byrd. If I could give 10 stars I would. We are looking to move to that area of town and she responded to my emails...all of them. I had questions and she had ZERO issues with answering any of them. If money allows, I'd live there based on her presentation as the voice of the park. Thank you so much for taking the time today!

Great place to live short term or long term Staff is really helpful & friendly!! 😀 If you have any problems they are addressed immediately!!😀 Friendly neighbors and a very clean community!!! Safe place to raise a family!!! Rosanne at the office is the best manager you could ask for very friendly, fair & a great personality!!! 😎 Pet friendly, stress free living!!!
