As you enter the office you will find it is sunny and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Brandon did her magic and after leaving her office I felt so relieved and had a wonderful night sleep. I recommended my son there.

I just visited this location for a quick adjustment. The older lady at the front was short and unfriendly. She had no interest in welcoming me in. She was also training a young lady so that new person also got see her being snotty. The chiropractor was spot on. Great adjustment and advise. When I asked if I would be getting the $29 special, all she said was "NOPE". I won't go back or even buy anything more from the The Joint because of my experience. I am not a complainer and will give credit where it is due. It's definitely not here. Management, get that lady out from the front desk!! Update… Customer care called me about my 1 star rating and experience. I explained the situation. They were gonna follow up with the person I had a bad interaction with and they also made good on the 29.00 adjustment. It was NOT about the money. My rating was based on customer service. The chiropractor I dealt with was awesome. So I’ll give it 4 stars. Hopefully the lady up front changes her attitude.

Horrible experience. Never returning. I have already emailed on my concerns. I have never been treated and talked to so poorly. Update: Email was sent to email on business card with initial complaint. It has the contact information to reach me. The response to me on Google seems like a generic auto response even after I stated I had emailed the location.

Definitely would not recommend this location, the one male doctor that worked on me had horrible bedside manners and seemed like he only wanted to get it done quickly. He could care less about what I had to say. My lower back actually feels worse now everytime I sit. I've never felt so disrespected. I don't remember his name but I think he lives in a van.
