I paid for replacement windows in October 2022. They rescheduled a couple times then when they came to install found that one was the wrong size and said they needed to come back and do 6 of the 12 windows later. ..... Update: They finally finished my install. I would give the installers five stars for the work they did. It did take ten months due to the fact that they mis-measured, lost, and broke several of the windows and had to re-order. Plus issues with poor communication/planning/scheduling Originally they scheduled the whole job to take one day within six weeks with four installers. Ended up having four visits over ten months with two to four installers each time. Those are the reasons why I give them three stars as a company. But...I do love the new windows. Thanks for seeing it through to the end.

I've used them a few years ago and again recently. Both times they had what I needed. The first time the service was good, but this time it wasn't as good and I didn't enjoy working with them. I'm going to find a different place if I need another window repaired.

I can’t believe these guys have 4 stars. I’m so sick of working with bad companies. I ordered these windows I thought in the middle of May. Was told they would be here in 6-8 weeks. Waited for the payment to go through and it never did. Called back and they said they forgot to send it in, so it would now be from 8-10 weeks. Added an extra month to the arrival. The day came for them to install the windows and they just didn’t show up. Called them and they said sorry and said I would have to wait another month because they were all booked out. I was told 3 times someone would call me back during this whole process and they never called me back once. Also, was planning on getting a rebate for the windows and was told when I ordered them that the U-factor would make it so I could get the rebate. Turns out someone lied to me and now I can’t get any money back. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Read several other reviews and I’m not the only one. Don’t waste your time or money working with these guys.
