I usually don’t write reviews but I keep having issues with this office specifically.I’ve always loved Utah valley pediatrics. My son has a ton of special needs and most of the doctors are extremely understanding and amazing. This office.. not so much. I came to Dr conner with some concerns for my son. I heard she has some great reviews and was recommended her. Our first visit meeting her she wasn’t very pleasant towards me. I felt as if I was being treated like a child with a child. She wasn’t very kind. Any concerns I had I felt like they were dismissed and never fixed. Like the whole visit was pointless for me even coming in. A couple times I had called in to get his medication filled to get him feeling better and I could not get the doctor or the MA to send in the prescription. I never got the prescription sent in like I was told numerous times. I ended up giving up and going to a completely different doctor to get him helped and feeling better. Then we had an appointment we had missed. The MA called me asking if we were still coming. I apologized and informed her that my son has been in and out of the hospital 4x in the last week and we are actually headed right back because he was having more health problems. We still ended up with a no show fee. I had to call in and re-explain why we couldn’t show up and got told that they’ll fix it once and that I have to give notice or they’ll charge me. It was an emergency why we were going to the ER and I told her there wasn’t really any way of me giving notice for a situation like that and again I’m sorry. Again I just felt brushed off and that money to them is more important than my child. It was just very unprofessional all around.

Very disappointed that we are being charged for a bill that we specifically asked about before we came in for a follow up. It was something we felt could have waited but we were assured that since it was a follow up for something the doctor already looked at we would not have any charge. But instead we were pushed into making the appointment where absolutely nothing was done for the Rash our daughter. We asked the front office before coming in and then also asked the nurse who we saw in the same visit who both confirmed we would receive no charge we were informed that it would all count as the initial appointment we had with the doctor. We also had to call to multiple people that we were told would fix it. Each person we talked to passed the responsibility to someone else only to be told a month later after we thought the issue was fixed that we get another bill in the mail which my wife and I were confused about. Then we contact them again only to be told they are not fixing it. We have put more time and effort into this than the bill is even worth. Extremely upset with how the whole situation was handled.

We love this place and all the providers. Our kids have always been taken care of and the receptionists are always helpful and friendly.

UVP is hands down the best in pediatric care. Todd Chidester has been my kids FNP for 23+ years and he has been amazing. My kids would go to see him if they could until they are 99!
