What an excellent experience from beginning to end! The Valentina Decorative Floor team is wonderful - from helping me pick a tile in their store, bringing several options to the house to see what size/pattern looks best in the house, completing the project timely and flawlessly, I couldn't be any happier with their service. Communication was great, the team worked cleanly and efficiently, and the company helped us with all steps of the process - demolishing and removing the old tiles (using the special vacuum equipment to lower dust amounts), adding the new tiles and arranging for a third party to do new baseboards. We also were given the opportunity to pick our grout lines and colors. The floor was perfect. We flagged a couple of minor issues with stains on the wall by the entrance and Valentina even fixed that for us. Thank you to the entire team!

Usually, I don't write reviews but I am so impressed and happy with the way my floor looks afterward that I decided to write one to Valentina Decorative Floors. My floor came out perfect. Denis, Bryan, Don Julio, Junior, Joao, Gerardo, Josue, Dario and the rest of team did an excellent and great job. They were very respectful and courteous and knew their stuff. Do yourself a favor and look no further if you need to get your floors done. Will hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!

We called regarding a certain tile on the website and the quantity that was required for purchase was more than we needed. The gentleman who we spoke to was very helpful and professional.
