We had the wake for my sister yesterday. I was told we can make a playlist of music for her. My sister LOVED music. I made a playlist of over 30 songs from her favorite artist, mostly contemporary rock and r&b with about 3 rap songs. When we met with who I assume was the director this was discussed and he had no qualms about potentially playing some rap songs of mourning. My sister's daughter really wanted to hear a Kanye west song. The vast majority of the playlist that I paid for a Spotify membership just to create, was never played. They kept allowing the music to stop until told that it had stopped -again and again - and then they'd start to play it and the volume would get lower and lower. Coincidentally, for the 2.5 hours that I was there, the only thing I heard them play was the contemporary rock songs. I spent an entire evening putting that playlist together and she would have loved to hear it play at her funeral as she watches from the other side. So, so, so extremely disappointed.

Babione funeral home is run by individuals who genuinely care about helping you celebrate the lives of your loved ones. The level of care and respect we received from staff at every level truly made saying goodbye just a little bit easier. We were carried through a very difficult process of saying goodbye to our family member in the most thoughtful and loving ways.

Four years ago I would have given them 5 stars, now I am having a hard time giving them 1 star. My father passed and this time I had to keep contacting them. NEVER did they follow up with me or show ANY compassion. NEVER once did they apologize for not doing their job. I can NEVER recommend them. Please if you want the best for your loved do NOT bring them there!! They ONLY want your money and they do not care about your well being during the most sensitive time in your life. You are ONLY a click on their computer and importantly a PAYMENT! NOTHING MORE!!
