Never ever rent an apartment here if you do you'll be sorry, this place is horrible, i have rented many apts & this one is the worst by far, no maintenance, no emergency maintenance number if you have any issues you have to come outta your pocket to buy & correct it, it's dirty, management is so sorry all they do is lie to you all the time when they got rid of Cassie this place has gone down hill & getting worse by the day. They don't care about the tenants just have us living any ole kinda way. I could go on & on i have so many complaints so many i can't post them all but the bottom line is if you don't want to disappointed don't stop here.

If anyone's thinking about renting an apartment here DON'T it's mice infested I've caught so many i almost lost count (13 & there's more)more management has done anything to solve the problem it's been over a month. They don't even have a phone number for emergency maintenance , i could go on &on about this place not a good place to live just DON'T keep riding on by

This place is a slum nightmare. It is dirty and in disrepair. The office staff is rude, dishonest and care nothing about the tenants. Claim to be a Christian run organization! What a joke. Maintenance might come if called, but only in emergency. Office is of no help in any sort of complaints from the lightless, unlocked laundry/storage rooms to the horrible neighbors, to the icicles inside my windows all winter and the mosquitos in my bedroom all summer. Security is a joke and rarely enters the property. The lounge is imaginary, the playground is dangerous, and the pool!!! The pool was open for a week, never cleaned, then shut back down. This place is run by money hungry slumlords that will charge you a $150 fine for chalk drawings on your patio yet will overlook children throwing rocks through 2nd floor windows, as long as their rent is on time. The past year living here has been horrible and I pray that the rest of Wichita is a better place than this. Would recommend this place be bulldozed.

I've been living in these apartments for 2 years and the management is great. Taylor in the office is just the sweetest. She always does what I ask. The maintenance is great at their job! The swimming pool is always clean and fresh. Everytime I walk in the office I'm greeted with a great smile.
