My girlfriend found mold growing in her closet where the furnace was a couple weeks after moving in. Called maintenance, they said it looked like dust to them and did literally nothing about it. Also, management isn't too bright, was supposed to be a six month lease, but it ended up ending after 4 because whoever did the paperwork didnt know how to count. I'd call that a silver lining

This was my FIRST apartment and they made sure it was my last. We didn’t sign a new lease and it went to month -to-month , unfortunately we had to take off work due to medical reasons, so in any other situation we were late paying rent by …Hi Kay. Anderson-Crain Management Company purchased Kingston Cove in February 2020. While we cannot speak to anything that happened under the previous ownership, I can apologize for your experience. You will find all new faces in both management and maintenance as the previous ownership retained their staff and moved them to other properties.

We have a limited number of units with washer/dryer hookups.
All you need to apply is a government issued ID, and proof of income. The proof of income can either be one month worth of paychecks, three months worth of bank statements OR the previous year's tax paperwork. If you have any other questions, you can feel free to contact the property at (316) 522-6991.
No, however they do accept a certain number of section 8 applicants. They are really well maintained and worth the 575 as the apartments are large and views are nice
No but I'd go to the bottom of the stairwell, or if you're on the first floor ,the bathroom
We do accept Section 8 depending on our availability at the time. You will need to contact the leasing office for more details.
We pay water, trash, and cable!
