My sister just moved in there. It seemed ok. Most of places are well kept but of course one next to her has garbage bags all over..skirting missing or falling down..dirty siding..its was funny when she said there strict there..good location.

They get raised every other month fifty bucks so they never will be able to tell u a straight answer
The park is fast going downhill, overall, ever since the original owner died. I have recently sold my home there. Informed them in October. They refused to purchase it in November, by email, which I saved. I sold it last month through a broker. Now they're telling the new owner they have first right of refusal before they can move it and they already did that in November! So sick of the place.
This place is a joke we had in 2016 for bedroom the neighborhood totally trashy the park on that too argue with us when paying 1500 a month the other people were paying 600 and we're throwing trash and shifts on to our yard I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
