I placed an online order from this store and it took a little longer than expected to be delivered. I guess a crazy time for everything these days. But all’s well that ends well. In the end the customer service was good and I’d order from them again. Good selection of product and ultimately helpful employees even in these most unusual times.

I was looking for a special single barrel bourbon, which was not available in my neighborhood stores. I found three available on the Ludwig's website so I ordered one. Currently I am waiting for the delivery of this item and will update my overall experience with this vendor upon completion of the transaction.

Terrible experience I did a phone order and I specifically explained to the employee that my order is time sensitive I need two day shipping on my item it was suppose to be a gift for an event I paid the extra $45 so it would arrive on time I ordered on Wed morning item did not arrive until the following Mon. Thanks for the headache. Although prices may be reasonable at this store professionalism is definitely not. Very disappointed will not return to do business. (By the way I almost never do reviews I own a business my self so I know the negative effects it may have but I'm just so pissed when someone agrees to do something knowing that it's time sensitive and then does not deliver)
