Best escape room experience I have had. Very nice employees and lots of choices. Most escape rooms have only 3 to maybe 4 rooms but this place had 6 I think. Different levels of difficulty for you to pick from. Biggest thing that differed from all other escape rooms I have tried was you pick your hints and how many, made for a very pleasant time.

This was a terrific escape room for kids. The themes are well suited for them. The escape is still challenging although they do offer an easy mode and are willing to help with clues. However, our room had quite a few problems and although the timer was stopped sometimes it still took up extra time to realize there was a problem and we weren't offered any extra time. My kids were disappointed they didn't finish in time and they were only two clues away. If we hadn't run into 4-5 issues during our game of things not working correctly, they may have made it.

Game master Tristan was so fun and gave such helpful hints! Loved his energy in The Vet. Twas a good birthday party place to spend the day.

Amy was great :) I’ve done a ton of escape rooms and worked at two myself. I’m very particular! These rooms were well designed and super fun to figure out. Fun videos and fun themes. The biggest plus though was our customer service experience! Amy was very kind and we will be coming back!!!!
