We've been customers for a few months, but have have been happy with the quality. Now we've been customers for nearly a year, I am revising my review. We have had problems with weak signals which makes streaming to our TV or browsing the internet on our devices. Someone came out and he said something was blocking our WiFi from one end of the house to the other. I wou!d have thought they'd move it to the room where we use it! That's either laziness, cluelessness, or failure to explain why they can't move it.

The worst customer service. I called on behalf of my relative who passed away and there was no “Im sorry to hear that” or anything like that. Only “We can’t give out info without a death certificate.” It was like talking with an automated robot with zero humanity. I get that there are legal rules here, but the rudeness was absolutely unnecessary and made an already horrible situation that much worse.

I pay for gigabit and smart wifi. Whatever that is. So I pay 100 dollars a month. And my wifi is always hit and miss. It'll go down for 15 minutes frequently. Why can't we have decent internet in onawa
