Try and avoid living here at all costs. Management does not find issues as priority. Any maintenance requests are ignored until you go in person to ask for help and hope they fix them. Their garbage system is horrendous. They have never fixed it all year and now are fining us for the mess, even though the contract states it is their responsibility. The lack of security with the gates that either never work or do not even shut, allows really anyone to come in through any gate most of the time. Not to mention the area around the muse has had residents' cars broken into, stolen, and even someone held at gunpoint. The price may be tempting, but spend a little more elsewhere. Living here is constant annoyance with issues rarely being fixed, security always being a concern, and management being unbelievably unorganized and never on top of things. It also looks nice in pictures and upon initial inspection, but the floors are warped, doors crooked, and entire apartments are cheaply made. Barely any of my apartment's (4 bed 4 bath) doors close or are even fit correctly. Spend your money elsewhere and save the pain and worry of living here daily.

I have been living here for nearly 2 years and I think the property has come a long way. There have been several issues in the past, but management has clearly taken the steps to improve these problems with the property and the overall functionality of gates, elevators, etc. It is a very modern accommodation and reasonably priced considering how close you are to the Creighton campus and the CWS baseball park. If you are a Creighton student or work downtown and are looking for an apartment complex with an active community and modern common areas/living quarters, then you should consider Muse! 👍🏼

Great questions, Oscar. The pandemic has impacted many business, both locally and globally. We were fortunate enough to be at the end of completing our amazing community when the pandemic had taken hold, therefore we have many amenities available. We have a full suite of security cameras, key fob access gates, onsite maintenance and office staff, office acceptance of packages, grills, firepits, hammock hotel, courtyard dinning and study spaces, as well as two furnished sky decks with seating and work spaces that look onto the downtown Omaha skyline.
