Food was great! We loved riding the sky tour gondola up to the resort and the live music was fantastic! The view of the river and the taste of the wine made our experience dreamy!

Food was good , view is amazing, wine was good. We won’t go back though. Only way to get to the actual winery is to take their sky lift, which is fine except they charge 10.00 per person to ride it. Forced to pay to go drink and eat at a destination is ridiculous. I can see if you just want to ride the sky lift for fun then charge but should be given a credit when you go to the winery. Sorry won’t be back

The food was really good at the winery, and my husband enjoyed the wine selections the bartender recommended. The gondola; however, was a huge problem. It was only 75 degrees when we went, but the gondola was so poorly ventilated, I felt that I couldn't breathe. While we were at the winery, we saw atleast 2 couples who needed a ride back down because they couldn't take the heat. They really need a warning for young children and the elderly not to ride the gondolas because someone is honestly going to get hurt. It felt like being trapped in a hot car. Management is obviously aware of the issue if there were 2 complaints just in the time that my husband and I were there. Please fix the issue; we have been in gondolas in Florida's heat that weren't as hot because they had better ventilation.

As I've seen on many other reviews they allow absolutely no personal vehicle traffic on any days except Monday-Wednesday. My family was looking to dine here but come to find out that the only way to get to the restaurant is a sky lift that costs $10 per person. Our family has 7 people (and a baby), meaning that it would cost us $70 to ride up and the baby would have to ride up in the lift as well. We were unaware that there was no other way to get up to the winery, so we sent two family members that wanted to ride on the sky lift up to meet them and there was no way to do so. This should be made much more clear. And I realize that they said it is because they have to save parking spots for residents, but then give people a restaurant credit for riding up so it is not so ridiculously expensive to bring your family there.

Yes, I believe so. You might want to give them a call just to be sure.
It's on their website: Daily Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Ticket sales and rides up to Aerie’s Winery stop at 7:00 p.m. Rides down the hill stop at 7:45 p.m. The Grafton SkyTour will shut down at 8:00 p.m.
Absolutely not, drive up and enjoy!
No
No , I posted an opinion about their staff . They were extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. A simple phone call was eventually turned into a joke after , talking to numerous staff members and supposedly the person in charge . A very simple wine question . I will have to review my question , but it was only if they had it and if i came up could they give me some help with food pairings . Absolutely was talked down to , and no help what so ever. At that point I just called another be winery .
