Do not stay here unless your a rich couple that like to stay inside your 45 foot diesel pusher. Beach access is horrible good mile hike ! They don’t like outsiders!!!! And with curent corona conditions they don’t want you to venture outside of the camp site! Contacted manager she said I quote “go stay with your kind” wow!!!!

One of the best places out there on the ocean. I own a site in Tiger Run RV Park and because owners take pride in their sites and contribute to an HOA that continually cares for the grounds, clubhouse, pools, gym etc etc these owners parks are the way to go when traveling.

Wow. Friendly staff, free wifi, and nice pool. Each spot is privately owned and then rented out. We had spot 187 - right on a bluff and great view of the ocean. The owners definitely put some time and money in upgrading their lot. Saw some whales. Its a small hike to the ocean but well worth it. Neighbors are super friendly too. The only gripe to the owners of 187 would be to refill your bbq propane - it was out. :) We will be coming back!!! - after reading the other reviews.. yes they are mostly expensive motor-coaches that stay here but our class B was welcomed.

I like this place, we've been a couple of times. Very clean, well maintained... in the last year they have done a bit of maintenance ... the trail system has been restored, club houses are updated, paint is fresh, swimming indoors or out is always nice. We'll definitely be back again. With that said, why no 5? We got bite by a little detail in the fine print of a reservation that owners can end up staying longer than they planned and so the right is reserved to bump you to a different spot. This last time we thought we were getting a ocean view and we got a club house view. We got a credit for the difference but still, expectation wasn't met and no advance notice of such till we pulled in at 7pm. The rates also went up this year but I think you get what you pay for and they do maintain the place well. Having full time security is a nice feature so we pay the higher rates with little grumbling. To the point from a earlier reviewer that its a bunch of million dollar rigs.. sure they are here, its a very nice place. We've stayed before in our first RV, which was a 30 footer gas Class A... did we feel out of place, not really per say but did we note that we were the smallest rig in the place, sure! Maybe that's why we upgraded to a tag axle 42 footer now :) Go here and enjoy, its nice.
