I have worn glasses my entire life and never had a problem with anyone getting my prescription right. I paid cash for 2 eye exams and was prescribed glasses. Got the glasses and I couldn't see anything out of them and the doctor told me afterwards that she couldn't get a clear reading on my eyes. I have no idea how she determined what to prescribe me. I had them keep the glasses and I was promised a refund but that never happened. Absolutely the worst optical store I've ever been in. Not worth saving a few bucks by going here.

Never had glasses in my life. Went here because it was recommended by someone at work. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me my first pair of glasses. THANK YOU Vista Optical for such an Awesome experience!!!

I couldn't see out of my new prescrption glasses..I took them back. The desk staff adjusted the prescription and had them redone. I have been wearing these for a couple of weeks now. I cannot watch TV wearing my glasses. Vista Optical reached out to see how I was doing. After I told them I was still having a problem, they had me come back in. My glasses were sent to the lab again. I have to say I am pleased with the final product and the service I received.

First time as customers late spring for our family. Seemed a little chaotic and disorganized on our first visit. Overall staff was nice, doctor was nice also. However cramped condtions for eye exam. My glasses became scratched almost immediately, they replaced them, however got scratched again right away and I always take excellent care of my glasses. Lots of old ones in perfect shape still. Then my frames broke, went in one night right before closing and the employee put some electrical tape and that was it, no hey come back later. Daughters glasses were in the wrong frames and did become scratched, her fault for that. Took them in and they said they would replace them to correct frame and get new lenses. Said they woud call us, a couple months later still did not hear back. Stopped by, they could not find the glasses, order or anything. They did have it in their system to fix it. So they are going to reorder the fix again. At this point I guess its the management and company is poor.
