I was in this pawn shop today with a 72 year old obviously handicapped man who was trying to purchase $400 worth of tires. He asked one of the two men to help him load and neither of the men would help. Told him it was the rules, very ridiculous if you ask me. Never going back to a place with such horrible customer service they should be ashamed of themselves. Zero stars if I could for the embarrassment.

While we didn’t find what we wanted, Turtle (yes his name is 🐢!) was so kind and helpful. They have a huge selection of very nice rings. He took his time with us-getting out many, many for me to try on. Alas, the glass slipper did not fit today. But it was a very enjoyable experience.

I have worked with these folks for many years in good times and bad and they have always come through for me. Excellent service, Great prices and Hard to find Merchandise. If you want to buy firearms or fashion jewelry and everything in-between, this is where I always start and normally finish. I would give them 6 stars but I am limited by this computer graphic. First time in any pawn shop & we had items to sell. Guns, golf clubs, coins, jewelry. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of our dealings. Owner (Jacob?) went through our items very thoroughly, a lot more than we expected. He was short staffed and we had quite a few items for him to look at, so the process took some time otherwise all in all a great experience. We believe he was straightforward & upfront, knows his stuff and doesn’t leave you with the short end of the stick. He has quite an inventory of for sale items as well, again, surprised at the variety. If you want an honest person to deal with whether buying or selling, this is the place to go.
