The best utility bill I pay, clpud is great. Reliable, affordable and the people are great. My electricity almost never goes out and when it does it's for a very short time. They have worked very hard to ensure a seamless customer experience and it works. I pay very little as well since it's public owned. I'm actually happy to pay my bill. Thanks for being a breath of fresh air, other utilities around the coast have lots of troubles.

Call customer service and report the light being out. It's the only way they know to fix it. They usually have a guy on it pretty fast!
