The setting is enjoyable and the grounds are well kept. All of the staff we engaged with were wonderful - articulate, knowledgeable and friendly. However it’s time for reinvestment into the property to make it an outstanding experience. The hallway carpets need cleaning or better yet replacement. The walls and furniture in our 3 bedroom suite needed to be repaired & repainted or replaced. The ceiling fan in the loft bedroom was filthy and raddled. A little more attention and the facility could return to its original charm.

Was here for a Women's Auxiliary Annual Conference & Retreat ( Mt. Zion Assembly Healing Temple of WI.).This is my forth year in attendance. This place is so beautiful, such a relaxing atmosphere with plenty to do surrounded by a beautiful lake for canoeing, boating, with several areas for swimming, golfing, etc. And what added to the stay was the wonderful unusual May weather temps of 80-90 degrees. I actually had to tone my " attitude" down a notch when I had to leave....because I felt like kicking & screaming at having to depart. Had I stayed another week at the Fabulous Osthoff? I would have been good! Book your conference at this Resort...it is absolutely 💯 worth it.

Had lunch in The Concourse restaurant with 11 family members. The food and service was great! Before and after lunch we gathered in the Elkhart room for drinks and conversation around the fireplace. It was a very comfortable and homey place to gather. The specialty coffees and cocktails made us all happy.

Always a good time, but not a whole lot to do in the winter. I was there for work so didn't matter too much. Spa was good and I had a whirlpool in my room along with a fridge and microwave. They also have two bedroom units with a full kitchen including pots and pans. Staff is always friendly and the front desk clerk remembered me since I have stayed there multiple times in the past 6 months.
