EV CHARGER notes: One Tesla handle 40a/200v 8kW rate and another j1772 handle. Free, huge signs on second level of garage (appears to be common) 4 hour limit, which is not advertised “destination charging” Leave note on windshield? Otherwise hotel is excellent, I could see in figure 2 handles being a huge issue. Hope they upgrade to proper overnight / plenty of plugs.

Had a great 2 night stay with our 4 kiddos, room was clean, and WILL book again if we’re ever in the area. Terell deserves a raise and praise his customer service went above and beyond and we were lost showing up he took the extra minute to make it easy! Much appreciated!!

We come to this area in Omaha once an month and this is our favorite hotel to stay at! The rooms are clean and well laid out- and it’s all about the great employees. It’s easy to see they care about the quality of your stay. The lady at breakfast is polite and attentive, and Terrell at the front desk is exceptional! He handles guest requests with grace and patience and is quick to help when needed!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a reservation for 2 queen beds 4-5 days ahead of time and we thought the area was nice so everything should’ve been fine right? First of all check in process took a very long time, when we got to our room, one bed was disorganized, there was used towels in the bathroom, and the trash wasn’t taken out. We asked to speak to a manager about it. About 15 minutes later we have a man in sweats come up to our room and spoke to us (later to find out he’s just a shuttle driver). They tried giving us a one bedroom room with a sofa bed. I said no because we came here for a 2 queen bed room not a sofa bed and one bed. That is not what we paid for. Fast forward to when we go to the lobby again and were told our only option was to leave because they didn’t have any other rooms available. This was around 9:30-10pm. Worst experience ever.

Yes and it is very good and the staff are so friendly. It is not your typical hotel breakfast, although they offer a little bit of that for people that like that. We were impressed. If you stay there is a nice whiskey bar called proof and a Mexican restaurant, I don't remember what it was called but really good around corner
