I don't know how to handle this but a negative review seems warranted. I ordered a Nintendo Switch game online and I received the shipment today. The game case was empty and NO GAME was inside. What the heck do I do? I don't even have a game to return!

I Was in the store yesterday and received a very scratched cd that was completely unplayable and would like to have it swapped out for a working disc please.i will be coming in today to talk in person.

I ALWAYS make them show me the disc of a used copy. The more well run places will clean it with a microfiber cloth upon request. Gotta be careful, some of the stores are getting more run down and this is becoming more common.

Do you have any Rockband or Guitar Hero guitar controllers? new or used for ps3?

No. They do have a device there though that will tell you what part of the controller is broken. They use it for taking in trades.
