Mark Dorner came out to inspect our basement for possible future waterproofing. He listened to what we we doing to address the occasional water intrusion. He offered a few suggestions the could try. And gave an approximate quote to install a sump pump if our corrections didn't solve the problem. Mark was knowledgeable and professional.

Jerry's waterproofed our basement when we built our home over 20 years ago. A few days ago we called them when we spotted a small crack in our basement wall. The gentleman who came out told us that what we were seeing didn't need a patch or any work. When you have any company that has the integrity to do that rather than milk you for money, you should absolutely do business with them.

Excellent service! Jerrys repaired a small crack in our unfinished basement wall. They were always on time. Mark explained what needed to be done and why, then showed me the work that would be completed. Honest and trustworthy company!! Thank you so much for all your hard work! Absolutely recommend calling Jerry's Waterproofing!

Mark came out to check for possible foundation issues. Looked at some waterproofing questions I had for him. Very kind, professional, and timely. Will definately use again. Came highly recommended by my reputable realtor! Very pleased!

Questions & Answers

Does Jerry's cover the part of concrete foundations that stick out of the ground. As in a walkout basement, is that concrete sealed?

Anything above grade does not get sealed.

We have a Radon Reduction System installed by Jerry's Basement Waterproofing before we purchased the house. Air is continued pushed through the pipe. This has to cost money to run motor. Is there a way to check our Radon? Do we need this?

There are tests that can be done to check for radon. Usually involves setting up a monitor over a couple days time frame to get a sample.
