Today was my first time going to this facility. I was able to schedule and fill out forms online. Smooth process when I came in. All staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Ballard was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns. Great visit and looking forward to making this my office of choice.

Over the past 2 1/2 to 3 years I visited this office annually last week I had to get a new test done and had to visit a new office because I moved out of state in Georgia and let me be the first to say how horrible the experience I had was. I can honestly say during my duration of coming to visit this office everyone was always kind patient and polite and I appreciate that so much they do sell high-quality eyewear in referring to the frames
