Called to ask for help. Nice operator directed my call to a tech. It took nearly 10 mins of begging for assistance ( I'm not tech savvy!) He insisted I explain the issue; I'm saying "maybe there IS no issue - can someone there take a look"? Multiple times I stated I'd go elsewhere, if they couldn't help! Once I "read" the info from my android phone, he says "Oh, yeah, we can help with that"! Don't techs usually invite you into their store, in order to take a look at the problem? Is not wanting you to come in the "new norm"? Inquiring minds...

The young man in the copy section of your store went over and beyond assisting me today around 1130. I didn’t get his name but he had long brown hair. Excellent customer service and very friendly with everyone. He is an asset to your store.
