Driver left package several hundred feet from my apartment next to a bike rack. Next day the driver does the same. I have had drivers throw packages onto my second floor deck multiple times. Now I have a package that requires a signature. Scheduled delivery and driver attempts delivery well before start of scheduled delivery time. I am now out of $14.99 for scheduling a delivery and unable to receive the package since I work. Customer service is a useless, they only read a set of responses which they will repeat. Unable to contact local warehouse to get a refund or schedule delivery. This company is a joke, worthless drivers.

Our driver repeatedly drops everyone on our roads packages at one spot instead of delivering to our door. Now our neighbor is getting fed up and throwing our packages in a ditch at the end of the road near our mailboxes or the ups driver is doing it because of so many complaints. Can’t be sure which yet. UPS will do nothing about it either. They do not care about their customers and do not care about paying hundreds of dollars in lost packages either.

Some drivers wont if in a hurry they have about 100 to almost 300 packages to get off there truck before the end of the shift and sometimes they can get behind because of the plant loading trucks late i have been with ups and with the driver if you have any more questions feel free to ask

Actually my situation was my daughter had the packages held at the location. When I arrived the customer service agent said it wasn't there. And it was smh
Contact the Post Office and do a change of address. Now once its returned. They will send it to you.
